Conference Video Packages | Harvard Data Science Initiative

With a bit of prep time a small production team can get a lot done during a one day conference. The Accelerate Conference (hosted by data.org and the Harvard Data Science Initiative) is case in point.

Over the course of the day one camera operator captured 6 sit down interviews with key speakers and attendees from around the globe, while camera operator 2 covered b-roll in the main room: speakers at the podium, panel sessions, audience reaction shots, networking. We also coordinated with the venue AV team to provide full session recordings of all the content.

We turned around the results quickly, providing 6 interview videos as well as an overview piece for use on the conference website, LinkedIn, and pitch decks.
